Our Services

Reformer

The Reformer is a spring-based Pilates machine with a moving carriage that challenges strength, control, and alignment. It is a tool for teaching the body how to move from the centre. It also operates as a bridge between the Mat and the rest of the system.

  • Works core strength & stability in a different manner

  • Develops spinal articulation & hip stability

  • Improves posture and joint stability

  • It is not an isolated muscle work out, it is about integration as a whole

  • Scales easily for beginners to advanced movers

Tower Pilates

The Tower is best described as a vertical expression of the Mat and Reformer. The Tower uses springs attached to a Wall Unit to challenge and support your movement. It helps you strengthen your core, improve posture, and articulate your spine with precision. It’s grounded like the mat, but the springs give you feedback and resistance to deepen the work.

  • Develops spinal articulation

  • Organises shoulder stability

  • Strengthens the back body safely and progressively

  • Supports leg work with spring feedback

  • Refines control before or alongside the Reformer

Mat Pilates

The Mat is the foundation of the entire method created by Joseph Pilates. Everything on the apparatus is meant to support and refine what you can ultimately do on the Mat. There is no feedback from a devise, just your body weight and movement precision. Nothing hides weaknesses. Everything improves.

  • Develops core strength

  • Works on spinal articulation

  • Helps hip stability

  • Learn to focus on breath control

  • Improves endurance & body awareness

  • A deliberate sequencing of exercises to develop the body as a whole

Spine Corrector

The Spine Corrector is a precision tool for restoring spinal alignment, expanding the breath, and strengthening the centre with support. The work opens, lengthens, and restores. It provides spinal feedback

  • Helps restore the natural spinal curves

  • Improves posture & spinal mobility

  • Opens the chest

  • Strengthens the abdominals in a supported manner

  • Releases tension through the back and hips

  • Enhances posture and breathing

Wunda Chair

The Wunda Chair is a compact but powerful piece of Pilates equipment. It uses spring resistance to challenge your core, legs, and upper body while improving balance and control.

It’s small but it’s one of the most strengthening and refining pieces in the system.

  • Improves balance and coordination

  • Builds lower-body and core strength

  • Builds hip and ankle stability

  • Challenges control in small ranges, working against gravity

What Our Clients are Saying

  • Camila. S

I can’t recommend Becky highly enough.

I’ve been doing one-to-one reformer Pilates sessions with her, and she has been incredible at tailoring each workout specifically to support and strengthen my back, especially with my degenerative discs.

She has such a warm, positive energy, always smiling, and creates an environment where you feel completely supported and understood. What really stands out is how intuitive she is; she knows exactly when to gently push you further and when to hold back. Somehow, she makes even the toughest workouts feel effortless - I often don’t even realise how hard I’ve worked until afterwards!

I’ve felt a real difference in my strength and confidence since working with her. She’s truly exceptional at what she does.

  • Christina. E

Becky’s guidance is so attentive and personal. I love that she is getting to know how far I can go but also when I should reel it in!

I know that I am in safe, caring and skilled hands with her.

  • Callum. A

I went to Becky to work on strength and conditioning after ongoing weakness in my Achilles and calf.

From the first session, she was clear, focused, and confident in her approach.

  • Becky. E

Becky has been great at helping me focus on my form and using the tiny muscles required for Pilates. It’s highlighted imbalances and weaknesses within my body and given me something to strive towards. Becky’s enthusiasm for Pilates is clear, and she’s always happy to explain and demonstrate various moves to help me understand what’s required and modify if necessary.

  • Dr. Sarah. S

Becky @ Pilates Hampshire is an incredible Pilates instructor.

As a complete first‑timer, I felt so supported by her kindness and patience, yet she still knew exactly how to challenge me. She took the time to help me understand each exercise and how to make it work for my body.

I was barely moving but sweating from muscles I hadn’t used in years! After two children, my core really needed attention, and I already feel so much more toned and stronger.

I couldn’t recommend Becky more highly.

  • Laura. N

A great studio and a great teacher! Becky's clarity, encouragement and humour give me just what I need to move forward with my reformer practice. I highly recommend her.
